About the Role

The Account Director leads a client account, or set of accounts, within the agency, ensuring that they are profitable, and growing. They take responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work that meets the client's needs and addresses their business problems, and must champion that work.

Requirements

Human Resource Representative Responsibilities

  1. Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

  2. Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.

  3. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.

  4. Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.

  5. Coordinate and participate in performance management activities, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.

  6. Administer benefits and compensation programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee leave policies.

  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and training documentation.

  8. Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

  9. Conduct regular audits of HR processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

  10. Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends, recommending improvements or changes to HR policies and procedures as necessary.

Human Resource Representative Required Skills

  1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  3. Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.

  4. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

  5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.

  7. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  8. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

  9. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

  10. Excellent customer service skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Proven work experience as an HR Representative, HR Generalist, or a similar role.

  3. In-depth knowledge of HR practices and procedures.

  4. Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR-related software.

  5. Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.

  6. Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred.

  7. Experience in recruitment and selection processes.

  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  9. Experience in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution.

  10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
